No. Most projects can be carried out remotely, through video calls and the exchange of plans, photos, and documents. If needed, on-site visits can be arranged depending on the location.
Depending on the project and the chosen package, you will receive 2D plans (zoning, layout, circulation), 3D renderings, moodboards, material/furniture/color recommendations, PDF documents and image files (.JPG, .PNG), and source files upon prior request.
Yes. They’re designed to facilitate communication between you and your contractors. However, they do not replace technical execution plans made by engineering offices or architects when required.
That depends on the project’s complexity. A simple layout may take a few weeks, while a full project with follow-up can take several months. Estimated timelines are outlined in the quote.
I can recommend trusted contractors or partners. However, you remain the one who chooses and contracts them. I am not a party to any legal agreements.
No. Even when I supervise the site, I am not responsible for the technical execution. My role is to ensure the design is understood and followed, but the contractors remain responsible for their work.
Yes, if you choose a package with follow-up. This includes site visits, discussions with contractors, and on-site adjustments. This is not legal project management, but aesthetic and functional guidance.
Yes. You can cancel in writing. Work already completed remains payable, and the deposit is non-refundable. See the full terms in the general conditions.
Communication takes place Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM. Weekends and holidays are non-working days, unless otherwise agreed for special on-site supervision. Closure periods (holidays, unavailability) are communicated in advance via the website or social media.
Yes. Typically, three rounds of feedback are included. Beyond that, additional adjustments may be proposed for an extra fee, always with transparency.
I mainly work in Belgium, but I also support remote projects, especially within French-speaking regions.
