Practical Information
Role and conditions
The client remains the project owner. Invoices from craftsmen, contractors, and suppliers are issued directly in the client’s name.
I provide thorough supervision and smooth coordination according to the approved plan, without any direct contractual link with the craftsmen.
Supervision and coordination mission
✓ Ensure that the work is carried out correctly and in line with the project (colours, materials, placement, etc.).
✓ Organise the site to optimise the schedule and workflow of each craftsman.
